Paula spent the first part of her career creating global identities for leading design and brand agencies. During the last 15 years she has mainly enjoyed designing for the charity sector, working with their campaigns on print, branding and digital material.​

Oliver has a wealth of experience specialising in architectural and book design for many leading worldwide companies. Drawing on this technical and creative knowledge to work on annual reviews, evaluation reports and other visual material for the charity and corporate sector.​
